By accessing or using NoteMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
NoteMe is a note-taking and task management application that allows users to create, organize, and manage notes, projects, and tasks.
User Accounts
To use NoteMe, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial.
Subscription Plans
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly and annual plans as displayed on our pricing page.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or code
- Use the service to store or transmit harmful content
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in NoteMe. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the content you create. We do not monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
NoteMe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice when possible.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
